Refund/Exchange and Warranty Claim Policy

  1. The product/s should be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice for Return / Exchange or Warranty Claim.
  2. Non Marketplace Stock – No Refund or Exchange for Bulk or Discounted Items, Customized device and Open Box.
  3. Non Marketplace – Only Credit Note / exchange for Reseller if same day return or defective (after manufacturer approval).
  4. Non Marketplace – Refund & Exchange within 7days from the date of invoice, product/s must be unused and unopened condition, with all the original packaging and sealed. Refunds can be processed on same mode of payment excluding delivery or bank charges (if any)
  5. Marketplace (international version) /B2B/Customized – Only repair we do not provide a credit note or product replacement unless the manufacturer agrees to do so.
  6. For all Marketplace (international version) RMA/Warranty Claim Turn Around Time is 6 to 8 Weeks depend on Manufacturer.
  7. For Non Market Place – TAT period as per Authorized Service Provider.
  8. Physical damage, spillage, Software etc. is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and will be ineligible for an RMA.
  9. For Warranty Repair – No Data Guarantee and device should be without password or any lock.
  10. No refund or Exchange for Assembled PC’s, Customized Device, Software, Accessories, installation/services and delivery charges.
  11. Accessories warranty vary on manufacture.
  12. RMA/Warranty Claim or Return delivery charges customer will bear (if any).
